In short: T9 Dialer reads your contacts on your iPhone to search and dial them. Your contacts and recent calls stay on your device, and so do your themes unless you choose to publish one; we do not collect or upload them. Until you buy the unlock, the app shows ads from Google, which collects some device data to serve them.
This policy covers the T9 Dialer and T9 Dialer PRO apps for iOS (together, “the app”) and this website. The app is published by Adamantus DOO (“we”, “us”).
When you allow access, the app reads your iPhone contacts so it can match them as you type on the keypad and show their details. Contacts are read and searched entirely on your device. If you edit, add or merge contacts in the app, those changes are saved to your iPhone's contacts through iOS. We never send your contacts to our servers or to anyone else.
You can turn off contacts access at any time in Settings › Privacy & Security › Contacts.
iOS does not let apps read your phone's call history. The app keeps its own list of numbers you dialed from it, your favorites, and your settings. These are stored only on your device and are deleted when you delete the app.
If you choose a background image for a theme, the app asks to use your camera or photo library. The picture you choose is stored on your device as part of the theme. Nothing is uploaded.
If you export a theme and send it to someone (by AirDrop, Messages, Files or similar), it goes only where you send it. A theme contains its colors, layout settings and any background image you added to it.
Purchases are handled by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your name, payment details or Apple Account information. The app only learns whether a purchase succeeded so it can unlock the feature.
If you bought T9 Dialer PRO and claim Pro in T9 Dialer, the PRO app sends Apple's signed record of your purchase to t9dialer.com. Our server checks that Apple signed it and gives you a one-time App Store offer code. It keeps only a one-way hash of the purchase identifier and the code it gave you, so you get the same code back if you reinstall. Nothing else is stored: not your Apple Account, your IP address or the purchase record itself.
If you have Pro and publish a theme, the app uploads the theme (its colors, settings and any pictures or sound in it) and two preview pictures to t9dialer.com, where anyone with the link can see and install it. The name and author link you put in the theme are shown on its page. To know which themes are yours without an account, the app sends Apple's signed record of your Pro purchase; our server keeps only a one-way, keyed hash of the purchase identifier. You can unpublish a theme from the app at any time, which deletes it from the site.
If you report a theme, we keep the reason and any note you write, and a one-way, keyed hash of your IP address so each person's report counts once. We use reports only to review themes.
The free version of the app shows ads from Google AdMob. To serve and measure ads and prevent fraud, Google's software in the app may collect:
The app does not ask for permission to track you across other companies' apps and websites, so it does not have access to your device's advertising identifier (IDFA). Google processes this data under the Google Privacy Policy; see also how Google uses information from apps that use its services.
No ads are shown once you buy the unlock, or in T9 Dialer PRO.
The app includes Google Firebase, which may send basic technical information (such as app version, device type and an app instance identifier) to Google so the service works. We do not use it to collect your contacts, your calls or anything you type.

We do not sell your personal information.
t9dialer.com does not use cookies, analytics or ads. Like any web server, ours keeps standard access logs (IP address, browser type, page requested, time) for security and troubleshooting, and deletes them after a limited period.
The app is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
Because your contacts and app data stay on your device, you control them directly: you can change permissions in iOS Settings, and deleting the app deletes its data. Depending on where you live (for example, under the GDPR in the EU), you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal data and to object to its processing. For data collected by Google, you can use the controls in Google's privacy policy. For anything else, contact us.
If we change how the app handles data, we will update this page and its effective date.
